Paweł Bigos is a specialist in general and oncological surgery whose practice focuses on breast surgery, encompassing cancer treatment, reconstruction and aesthetic procedures. He works, among other institutions, at the Department of Oncological Surgery of the Institute of Oncology at Poznan University of Medical Sciences.

In breast surgery, he treats benign and malignant lesions and performs immediate and delayed reconstructions, including those using implants and tissue expanders, oncoplastic procedures and lipofilling. He also provides consultations and assessments for aesthetic breast surgery: breast lifts, augmentation and reduction. His specialist training in oncological surgery has practical significance here, as the same doctor decides both the extent of resection and the method of breast reconstruction.

He performs aesthetic surgery of the face and body, including upper eyelid surgery, abdominoplasty, liposuction, fat transfer to the face and body, and lip lifts. He also performs aesthetic medicine procedures using botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid, tissue biostimulators, platelet-rich plasma and platelet-rich fibrin.

A third area of his work is general and oncological surgery beyond the breast: treatment of skin lesions, including pigmented moles and skin cancers, gastrointestinal surgery, treatment of chronic wounds and scars, and coloproctology. He also performs diagnostic biopsies: fine-needle and core-needle biopsies, as well as ultrasound-guided biopsies.

He graduated in medicine from Poznan University of Medical Sciences. He obtained his specialist qualification in general surgery in 2021, followed by a specialist qualification in oncological surgery.

For many years, he has provided training in aesthetic surgery, emphasising natural results and planning that takes account of each patient's body proportions and anatomy. He develops his surgical expertise through clinical placements, workshops and conferences in oncoplastic, reconstructive and colorectal surgery, both in Poland and abroad.

Paweł Bigos broadens the expertise of the Halluxmed team to include breast surgery and aesthetic surgery of the face and body, combining these with his experience in oncological and reconstructive surgery.
