How to access your results

We make the reports and images from X-rays and CT scans performed at Halluxmed available through the Radpoint patient portal. Below, we explain how to sign in and download them.

  1. A text message when your results are ready

    When your results are ready, you will receive a text message on the phone number you gave us at your examination.

  2. Signing in to the portal

    Open the portal and enter the phone number that received the text message and the patient’s date of birth. Read and accept the terms and privacy policy, then select “Bezpieczne logowanie” (Secure sign-in).

  3. Confirming with a text message code

    You will receive another text message with a one-time code. Enter it in the portal. If it expires or you enter it incorrectly, select “Wyślij ponownie” (Resend) to request a new one.

  4. Downloading your report and images

    Once you are signed in, select your examination from the list. Use “Pobierz wynik” (Download result) to save the report, or open “Więcej” (More) to view or download the images. Images may be available before the report.

How to download a report

Select “Zobacz wynik” (View result) to open your report. “Pobierz wynik” (Download result) opens a PDF in a new window. You can save it to your device or print it.

How to view and download X-ray or CT images

After opening your examination with “Zobacz wynik” (View result), open “Więcej” (More) in the top right corner. Depending on the options available, you can:

  • view the images in your browser — “Podgląd zdjęć”,
  • download the DICOM images together with a viewer — “Wygeneruj ZIP”,
  • prepare a file for burning to a CD or DVD — “Wygeneruj ISO”,
  • create a PIN-protected link to the images — “Udostępnij wynik”.

Please share the link and PIN only with the person you want to give access to your examination.

Important information

According to the Radpoint instructions, the text message code is valid for 30 seconds, and results announced by text message are available for 30 days. Please save any files you need to your device and sign out when you have finished.
