The hospital team comprises nearly 60 people. It includes fifteen doctors: orthopaedists and musculoskeletal trauma specialists, hand surgeons, breast and plastic surgeons, anaesthesiologists and doctors from the epidemiology team, including specialists with professorial titles and postdoctoral degrees.
The rest of the team consists of operating-room nurses, anaesthesia and ward nurses, radiology technicians, a pharmacist, and the administration and service team responsible for organising stays and preparing rooms.
