The operation took place on 30.09.2019. The postoperative care was wonderful: the nurses looked after us in the ward and administered medication whenever anything happened. The doctor also injected medication directly around the nerves, almost completely eliminating unpleasant sensations and pain. Meals were plentiful and the ward was quiet, which helped me recover quickly. Follow-up visits were regular and met my expectations; I could always call with questions and was listened to and helped.

My quality of life improved greatly after surgery: constant foot pain, difficulty walking and problems choosing shoes disappeared. I no longer have to be ashamed of my feet and can function normally in life and work. Full recovery is still ongoing because the procedure was extensive; my legs still swell and I must continue rehabilitation and work to restore full foot function. I am very grateful to the entire medical team for doing everything possible to give me back the life I had before the illness.
