In January 2018 I tore the anterior cruciate ligament in my left knee. The accident happened while skiing in Austria. After returning home I went to Halluxmed Hospital, under the care of Dr. Paweł Zalita, a specialist in orthopedics and musculoskeletal traumatology.

After carefully examining my knee, the doctor's diagnosis was clear: the ligament was completely torn, so surgery was necessary. I am now seven months after ligament reconstruction. My knee is in very good shape. Following the doctor's recommendations, I completed an intensive rehabilitation program. In fact, the day after surgery I performed my first exercises to improve knee range of motion and walked a considerable distance on crutches. I have now returned to intensive exercise, long-distance cycling, and running.

In winter I plan to return to my beloved skiing. Most importantly, the operation was performed professionally, the knee is stable, and the joint has full range of motion. I sincerely thank Dr. Zalita for his very precise surgery, individual approach, and tremendous commitment. I also thank the entire medical team for their care and dedication.
