At the end of November last year, I underwent surgery on both feet at Halluxmed Clinic. I came there on the recommendation of a former patient whose opinion of the clinic was enthusiastic.

Almost half a century passed between my first foot problems and my arrival at Halluxmed. There I underwent correction of hallux valgus, hammer toes and transverse flatfoot. I am very satisfied with the results and my quality of life has improved dramatically. I remember my contact with the clinic – from the first consultations through surgery and later follow-up visits – very fondly.
The clinic applies very high standards in every aspect of its work. The doctors answered every question and addressed every concern. Pain control after surgery was excellent. In my case, the wounds healed and recovery progressed normally, without any complications.
10 months after surgery, I am very satisfied with the result.
The deformity of my feet developed over decades, causing postural problems and related complaints. I did not expect surgery to make all my problems disappear overnight. Now I only occasionally feel minor pain or discomfort. I periodically use professional rehabilitation and continue the exercises recommended by my doctors. I only regret waiting so long and not having the operation many years earlier.
For most of my life, foot pain meant wearing flat shoes. I have not yet dared to change them after surgery, but the end of the year is near and the approaching New Year’s Eve is encouraging me to visit shoe shops more often.
